Privacy Policy

What we store, why we store it, and how to get rid of it.
What we store
- Account: username, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), and when and from which IP address you signed up and last signed in.
- Steam: your Steam account name, Steam ID and an encrypted login token so the server can idle for you. We never see or store your Steam password.
- Games: your game list and playtime, idling choices, settings, playtime history and an activity log of what the idler did.
- License: keys you redeemed, expiry dates, and that you accepted the risk notice (with time and IP address).
- Only if you use them: two-factor authentication (an encrypted secret and hashed backup codes), passkeys (public keys only), networks saved to skip the 2FA code, your linked Discord ID and name, and the Discord webhook or ntfy topic you set for notifications.
Why
Only to run the service: signing you in, idling your games, applying your license, preventing abuse (like free-trial abuse with extra accounts) and keeping things secure. We don't sell or share your data, and there are no analytics or advertising trackers.
Who else handles it
- Steam (Valve): your login token is only used to talk to Steam.
- Cloudflare: the website runs behind Cloudflare, and our connection to Steam goes through Cloudflare's network.
- Discord / ntfy: only if you sign in with Discord or set a Discord webhook or ntfy topic for notifications.
- The store: payments are handled by the store you buy keys from. We never receive your payment details.
How long we keep it
- Until you delete your account (Account page → Delete account), or automatically after 12 months with no sign-in and no active license.
- Server backups are kept for 14 days, so deleted data is gone from them within 14 days.
- After deletion we keep only your Steam ID with a note that it used the free trial (to stop trial abuse) and a short audit log entry.
Your rights
You can see most of your data in the panel, disconnect Steam at any time and delete your account yourself. For anything else, ask in #support on our Discord server (never post your password) or contact the store you bought your key from.
